Event Photography
Bring me to your events to capture the magic of the moment — costume balls, medieval feasts, cosplay conventions, LARP events. You will receive a curated gallery of edited images (retouching not included).
The price starts at £300 for 3 hours, with additional hours at £80 each.
How do I book and pay?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. I currently accept PayPal only.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions include 1.5 hours of shooting time (timing begins upon arrival at location). Additional 30-minute blocks are £30 each and may be needed for location or costume changes.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
All changes require at least 24 hours notice. The deposit is retained for rescheduling but forfeited entirely if you cancel the shoot. For outdoor sessions, weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge. In the rare event I must cancel due to illness or emergency, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Can I bring a friend?
Friends and guests are welcome during shoots — if a friend assists, they’ll receive a few complimentary portraits!
When will I get my pictures?
Your complete gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via a private online gallery where you can download, like, and comment on images. Only edited images are provided — raw files are never shared. Images are for personal use and social media sharing with photographer credit. Commercial use requires separate licensing.
Do you offer costumes?
Costume and accessory rentals from my collection are included in standard packages. Hair and makeup artist coordination and extra editing requests are priced separately.
How do I prepare?
I will send you a personal guide with all the information about our theme, date and time, shooting location. You will find inspiration pictures, style suggestions, and a list of things to take with you.
Can I see the originals?
At your request I can send you the originals in a low quality format to choose from. Usually, I take the burden of choice upon myself, because often the difference between photos is minor — a turn of the head, a raised arm, a facial expression. But if this is important to you, tell me in advance.

To make preparing for your shoot as easy as possible, I’ll send you a personalised preparation guide with all the information and suggestions you need based on what we plan for your special day.
Location Guide
Choosing a location for your shoot can be hard, but I will send you a personalised location guide with the best places. It will include a link to the map, basic info (license or no, cost), and pictures.
